Store #3032.The entire property is disgustingly FILTHY. From the parking lot with wandering drug addicts blocking traffic to solicit to the drive thru lane that is awash in garbage and filth. The ENTIRE building is covered with filth. The menu boards and order box are DISGUSTING, filthy and covered with who knows what and spider webs. The pick up window is equally filthy and all the equipment you can see thru the window is dripping with food and filth. THIS IS THE FILTHIEST, MOST DISGUSTING PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN CALLED A RESTAURANT!!! If the Health Dept. were to walk in there today they would most certainly SHUT YOU DOWN!!!!! Why does your picture show bacon flowing outside of the bacon king yet you only get two strips broken in half? You have to look inside to actually find bacon. I think your description says an abundance of bacon should that not be 4 strips like hardees?
So I ordered a large chocolate shake now mind you they are selling a 9oz mini shake for $1 I was told they didnt have but one size shake ro depite listing 3 sizes qith prices on the menu i was sold a 16oz milkshake for $3.17 it qas 3/4 of the way full and was not given qhip cream to despite ordering it. Resturant#5562 has been rude to me and my family for the last time. My son begs to eat there but not any longer this rip off milk shake racket was the last straw.
We visited store number 26974 purchased two fish and had a chicken sandwich already. All three sandwiches had very little actual meat in them very disappointed in all three sandwiches. Then when we went to do the survey that’s on the back of the receipt we wasnt able to complete it because apparently your system only allows one survey to be completed by a household every 14 days. What a disappointment because of all the sandwiches you have the Whopper is by far the best sandwich you offer because it actually has meat on it. In closing I would like to add it would be nice if you would let customers know that the survey can only be completed one time for every 14 days and let the employees know so they don’t remind the customer to take a survey to get a free sandwich when it’s not possible if you’ve completed one in the last 14 days.
